Le Chan Ward covers an area of 5.65 km² and a population of over 161,000 people. It is the ward with the largest population in Hai Phong city. Addressing at the Congress, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Do Manh Hien highly appreciated the establishment of goals and targets in the coming term, at the same time suggested that the Ward Party Committee should focus on a number of orientations in Party building and consolidation, promote socio-economic development, build a green, civilized and modern urban area. The Congress announced the decision of Hai Phong Standing Party Committee on the personnel of the Ward Party Committee Executive Committee consisting of 30 members, the Ward Party Committee Standing Committee consisting of 9 members. Mr. Đặng Đông Anh - Member of the City Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Party Committee's Organization Board was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Ward Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. The Congress also announced the decision to appoint Delegates to attend the Hai Phong City Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
