Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Minh Phuong, Chairman of Duong Kinh District People's Committee affirmed the green park and square project in the District Administrative Center is a key project and part of the Program of building parks, flower gardens and green trees in the districts in the period of 2021 - 2025, contributing to the goal of increasing the proportion of urban green trees according to the criteria of type I urban areas and towards developing a special urban area by 2030.

The project will be implemented within 210 days. When completed, the park and square will be a modern green space, meeting the needs of community activities, entertainment, and sports of the people. At the same time, it will be a landscape highlight in the overall District Administrative Center, contributing to improving the quality of urban areas and people's lives./.
