At Trang Due Industrial Park, production lines at Steel Flower Hai Phong Electronics and Machinery Co., Ltd. are increasing capacity to meet orders, mainly supplying LG Group for the completion of products for overseas markets. Since the beginning of the year, the company has expanded its supply capacity amid a favorable investment environment and increasingly streamlined import-export procedures. The company is targeting production of 65,000 tons and export turnover of 1.7 trillion dong this year.

In 2025, the city's export turnover reached USD 50.14 billion. In 2026, despite continued volatility in the global economy and trade, Hai Phong's exports have maintained positive growth. In the first seven months of the year, export turnover was estimated at USD 36.8 billion, up 10% from a year earlier and equivalent to 70.8% of the full-year target.

At the same time, Customs Branch No. 3 continues to accelerate digital transformation and administrative reform, improve services for businesses, maintain dialogue and address their concerns, while facilitating faster customs clearance for exported goods.

With support from the city government, departments and agencies, and customs authorities, Hai Phong's business community has gained further momentum to expand production and tap export markets more effectively. This provides an important foundation for the city to achieve its target of USD 52 billion in export turnover in 2026 and further cement its role as one of Vietnam's leading production and import-export hubs.
