The conference aimed to implement the Party’s foreign policy, with a focus on improving the quality of international cooperation and effectively combining external resources with the country’s internal strengths. It also creates favorable conditions for foreign NGOs to operate in compliance with Vietnamese law. During thematic presentations and discussions, delegates were updated on new policies and regulations governing the management and use of aid. They also discussed cooperation needs and potential, as well as solutions to maximize the effectiveness of foreign NGO resources in line with Vietnam’s development priorities in the new period.
