At the conference, the delegates presented essays to exchange research results, make discussions, and clarify the values of culture in general and Buddhism in particular, highlighting the core values of Eastern Buddhist culture in the flow of national culture. The event is the scientific and practical basis to turn those cultural values into a strength for Asia in the period of industrialization, modernization, and international integration. Scientists and researchers also contributed and proposed solutions to preserve and promote good traditional values, creating endogenous resources and motivation to successfully implement Resolution No. 45 of the Politburo on building and developing Hai Phong City until 2030, with a vision to 2045./.
