Preparations for the festival are on track. The Hai Phong People's Committee has issued a decision on the establishment of the festival's organizing committee, headed by Vice Chairman Nguyen Minh Hung, as well as subcommittees responsible for content and communications; reception, ceremonies and logistics; cultural and tourism promotion and trade promotion; and public security and healthcare. The subcommittees are urgently carrying out their assigned tasks.

A key new feature of this year's festival is the integration of activities with efforts to promote the Yen Tu - Vinh Nghiem - Con Son, Kiep Bac Complex of Monuments and Landscapes, a World Heritage Site. As part of the festival, the organizing committee will officially unveil the World Heritage brand identity; install heritage logos at entrances to the monuments; introduce QR codes for information access; and create a range of unique cultural experience spaces featuring woodblock printing, pottery making, calligraphy and tea tasting. Preparations for commemorative ceremonies, visual decorations, public security, healthcare, environmental sanitation and traffic management are also being carried out carefully.
