The Traffic Police Division under the Hai Phong City Police has announced a temporary traffic diversion plan for the festival.

Under the plan, all vehicles with three or more axles will be prohibited from travelling along the section of National Highway 37 from Km37+700 to Km99+600 between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. on September 26, 27, 28 and 29, and October 4, 2026.

The Traffic Police Division advises road users to plan their journeys accordingly and comply with the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety, as well as instructions given by traffic control forces at the scene.

Depending on actual traffic conditions and road safety requirements, the restricted hours and vehicle restrictions may be adjusted accordingly
