The new Smart Hai Phong app also serves as an integrated platform connecting multiple essential sectors and services through a single access point. This is intended to reduce the need for separate apps for different sectors and separate accounts for individual services, while making the platform more convenient for users and improving the collection of feedback, comments and interaction data from residents to help agencies and units improve the quality of public services.
