Vietnam Standards TCVN ISO 18091:2020 in local sustainable development
In order to build and maintain public confidence in the government, the application of the quality management system – The Vietnam Standards TCVN ISO 18091:2020 is extremely necessary because of its active contribution to the local sustainable development via 4 pillars: institutions, sustainable economy, comprehensive society, and sustainable environment.

Over the years, Hai Phong City has always remained its leading role in economic growth and in the administrative reform index. In order to achieve these results, the city has effectively applied the quality management systems TCVN ISO 9001:2015 in the operations of State-run offices and organizations. Besides, to help local authorities discover and handle existing problems, thereby providing high-quality products and services to citizens, contributing to boosting economic prosperity and the sustainable, comprehensive development of the society and the environment, the application of TCVN ISO 9001:2015 into district and commune-level People’s Committee throughout the city is imperative.
According to the plan, TCVN ISO 9001:2015 will be piloted in the People’s Committee of all twelve districts and commune from May to August 2023. /.
