Lake C Park in Trai Chuoi ward covers an area of more than 1,300 square meters, with a total investment of more than 9.9 billion VND from the Hong Bang district budget. The project includes a system of exercise machines, stone benches, a gathering house, a green landscape area, gardens, lighting systems, synchronous and modern water supply, and drainage systems. However, after more than a year of construction, the project has not yet been put into use. There are many overgrown weeds, and the park is not cleaned regularly.

Lake C Park is one of the city's first green residential park projects built between 2021 and 2025, implemented according to the policies of the Hai Phong City’s Party Committee and People's Committee on urban refurbishment to improve the quality of life for the residents.
