Bustling, vibrant, and exciting was how thousands of people in Cat Hai district and tourists when felt coming to the 9th National Dragon Dance Tournament in 2023. 

The 9th National Championship brought together clubs from 5 provinces and cities across the country, namely An Giang, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Quang Ninh, and Hai Phong with about 190 athletes. After 4 days of competing in the spirit of solidarity, honesty, nobility, and progression, this year's championship is considered to be of higher quality than the previous years, bringing to viewers many impressive and professional performances. 

The tournament concluded with the Organizing Committee awarding the first prize to the team of Ho Chi Minh City, the second prize to An Giang, and the third prize to Quang Ninh.
