Solutions to connect labor supply and demand
Since the start of the year, Hai Phong Employment Service Center has conducted direct and online job transactions, so the number of workers accessing recruitment information and participating in interviews is 1.5 times higher than before. Especially, many job transactions attract nearly 1,500 people to interact and follow.
Career counseling ['kaunsəliη] programs and Job Fairs are opportunities for many businesses to directly assess candidates' abilities and find suitable personnel for job positions. About 3,000 workers have passed the preliminary selection and been interviewed in depth. The investigation, updating, and storage of market information, fluctuations in labor quantity and quality, and vocational training needs of workers are also conducted regularly, so that the center can develop and propose vocational training plans associated with on-site employment solutions and labor market development through job exchanges and job fairs. In the coming time, the Center plans to increase the number of Job Fairs connected with other provinces and cities, in order to expand the scope of recruitment for businesses. In addition, the Center also promotes cooperation to organize mobile job fairs at high schools, Vocational Education - Continuing Education Centers and other educational institutions to prepare sources for the labor market./.
