The investor affirmed that all relavant parties are working hard to coordinate closely and strive to implement the project in August. 
The investment project to build the road behind the container terminals No. 3 to No. 6, Lach Huyen port area was decided by Haiphong People's Council in Resolution No. 10 dated March 22, 2024. Accordingly, the route has its starting point at the location connecting to the end of the traffic road behind the container terminal No. 2; its end point at the location ending the boundary of container terminal No. 6; the total length is about 1,832m with a total investment of more than 716 billion VND.

Up to now, the Project Management Board has selected 8/8 bidding packages, complied with current regulations on bidding, ensured execution tempo and efficiency. The unit has also directed the contractor to urgently mobilize machinery, equipment, and human resources to prepare for construction in August. Once being completed, the framework traffic system will be gradually perfected according to the planning; connecting with ongoing-invested traffic infrastructure, meeting the increasing traffic volume and transportation in the area./.
