Making connection in supply and demand of quality human resources for FDI enterprises
On May 15th afternoon, Haiphong Economic Zone Authority coordinated with the Hanoi University of Science and Technology to organize a program to sign and connect with businesses in industrial parks and economic zones in the city to strengthen support for businesses in training high-quality human resources, especially in the fields of electricity, electronics, logistics, etc. Mr. Le Trung Kien, Member of the Standing Committee of the City’s Party Committee, and Head of the Haiphong Economic Zone Authority (HEZA) chaired the conference.

On May 15th afternoon, Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority coordinated with the Hanoi University of Science and Technology to organize a program to sign and connect with businesses in industrial parks and economic zones in the city to strengthen support for businesses in training high-quality human resources, especially in the fields of electricity, electronics, logistics, etc. Mr. Le Trung Kien, Member of the Standing Committee of the City’s Party Committee, and Head of the Haiphong Economic Zone Authority (HEZA) chaired the conference. 

At the conference, the participants discussed the matter of human resource needs, training ability, and high-quality human resource development. To improve efficiency, the Polytechnic University hoped to cooperate with enterprises in training will be more closely coordinated. The conference witnessed the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority and enterprises in other economic zones with the Hanoi University of Science and Technology. 

Speaking at the conference, Head of Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority Mr. Le Trung Kien affirmed that the city is implementing many mechanisms and policies to attract human resources to create an ecosystem and improve better living conditions for workers. He hoped the event would be an opportunity for businesses in industrial parks and economic zones in Hai Phong to access high-quality human resources, cooperate in training, supply labor, and meet production and business development plans./.
