The DEEP C Industrial Complex in Hai Phong is committed to leading the way in developing an economy that respects the environment by building ecological industrial parks with high sustainability standards. DEEP C’s sustainable development strategy focuses on renewable energy, water reuse and recycling, waste reduction, green building construction, and mangrove forest conservation. Recently, at the "Digital Economy – Green Economy" workshop, part of the Digital Transformation Forum – Hai Phong 2024, organized by Hai Phong People’s Committee in collaboration with the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA), a DEEP C representative emphasized that their sustainable development approach has helped the complex gain favor among secondary investors looking to establish factories or businesses in Hai Phong, Vietnam.

The forum also presented various perspectives and advice on developing green and smart industrial parks and production and creating an investment and production environment that fosters sustainable economic development. Experts and speakers suggested that industrial parks need to change their mindset when constructing industrial parks, focusing on developing green infrastructure to attract investors, such as green electricity, clean water, waste treatment, and smart and green factory infrastructure with control systems. Additionally, the development of digital infrastructure, including data infrastructure and transmission networks, was highlighted. The combination of digital and green transformation is expected to create a competitive advantage that will attract investors to the industrial parks in Hai Phong City./.
