Hoa Phuong Do (Red Flamboyant Flower) School In Lao Cai Province
In 1963, Phu Nhuan commune in Bao Thang district, Lao Cai province, was where many Haiphong people came to build new economic zones following the call of the Fatherland. Over the past 60 years, the contributions of people of Haiphong origin in Phu Nhuan have gradually been affirmed.
In its early days, Phu Nhuan Kindergarten in Bao Thang district of Lao Cai province encountered many difficulties in terms of facilities and teaching conditions. In 2011, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Hai Phong people going to Lao Cai to develop the economy and culture, the Party Committee, government, and people of the city built a school worth 3 billion VND and offered to the students of the kindergarten here. In 2013, Lao Cai province changed the name to Hoa Phuong Do (red flamboyant) Kindergarten, demonstrating the tight-knit connection between the two localities.
After ten years of proudly bearing the name "Hoa Phuong Do" (Red Flamboyant Flower), teachers and students of the school have been continuously caring for, nurturing, and educating children in Phu Nhuan commune. They feel students prouder when the school bears the symbolic name of the port city right on the country’s border.
Every day, the teachers here always devoted themselves to their beloved students. 3rd and even 4th generations of people from Hai Phong City in Lao Cai Province are still being nurtured and taught by the teachers in the heroic Bao Thang homeland./.
