This is an opportunity for the Le Chan district to receive important opinions from experts and scientists in preserving and promoting the values ​​of cultural heritages in socio-economic development. 

At the forum, many activities took place to identify and affirm the bravery of female general Le Chan and the tasks of preserving the values of the national cultural heritage. Many presentations focused on the content of worshipping mother goddesses, the preservation of these cultural heritage values, and the practice in An Bien temple in dedication to female general Le Chan.

Over the time, spiritual cultural tourism activities have been paid attention to with a wide range of traditional art forms associated with the relics in dedication to female general Le Chan. A total of 18 relics including many historical relics associated with female general Le Chan, especially the traditional festival of female general Le Chan, have been listed in the national intangible cultural assets. Le Chan district has been appreciated for its potential and advantages in developing spiritual cultural tourism, but there need to be stronger solutions in exploiting and developing this type of tourism.

The forum aims to evaluate the current status of spiritual cultural activities in worshiping national heroes in Hai Phong City in general and in Le Chan district in particular. Many applicable solutions to preserve and promote traditional cultural values ​​have been given to serve the cause of local economic development and the development of culture and tourism./.
