Hai Phong To Host The City’s First Fireworks Show In 2024
Hai Phong City will host a 10-minute low-range fireworks show at midnight on New Year’s Eve (January 1, 2024) with funding from socialization sources.
Hai Phong City will organize an art program to welcome 2024 at the City Theater on New Year’s Eve. The program will end with a fireworks display under 120 meters lasting 10 minutes. This will be the first time Hai Phong holds a fireworks display on New Year’s Eve.
Previously, the city only held fireworks displays during the Lunar New Year, the Haiphong Red Flamboyant Festival, and the Sea Festival in Do Son and Cat Ba. The event aims to celebrate Haiphong’s achievements in 2023 and create a joyful and exciting atmosphere among the people to welcome the New Year 2024./.
