Hai Phong Delegation Offered Incense in Memory of Heroic Martyrs
On the 76th anniversary of War Valids and Martyrs Day on July 27th, yesterday morning, the city delegation led by Mr. Le Tien Chau, member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of Hai Phong Party Committee, laid flowers and offered incense in commemoration of heroic martyrs at the city’s memorial of martyrs and the statue and memorial hall of Nguyen Duc Canh in An Dong commune, An Duong district.

 

In a dignified atmosphere, Hai Phong City’s delegation respectfully offered flowers and incense, paying a minute of silence to show gratitude to the Heroes and Martyrs, the outstanding sons of the fatherland who have devoted their youth to the cause of the struggle for national liberation, the independence and freedom of the nation, and the people's happiness. In front of the heroic spirit of the martyrs, the Party Committee, authority, and people of the city vowed to uphold the heroism and bravery tradition of the older generations, unite and strive together to win the target of 2023, the resolution of the 16th Party Congress of the city in all fields, developing Hai Phong city more and more prosperous and civilized, worthy of the great sacrifices of the martyrs. 

At the monument and memorial house of Nguyen Duc Canh, a great symbol of revolutionary heroism, an excellent student of the great President Ho Chi Minh, the first Secretary of Hai Phong Party Committee, the delegation expressed their infinite gratitude to Nguyen Duc Canh for his contributions to the cause of struggling for national liberation, independence and freedom of the country and for the happiness of all Vietnamese people. Studying the mirror set by Nguyen Duc Canh, a brave and loyal communist, the Party Committee, authority, workers, and all classes of people in the city are determined to make full use of knowledge and unite to build up Hai Phong City to become an industrial, intelligent, and prosperous city.
