The two economic belts include one coastal economic belt that expands urban development, tourism, and services towards the sea, while the industrial economy and service corridor runs from Lach Huyen port to the North (Thuy Nguyen District), the West (alongside with National road 10), the South (alongside with Van Uc River), connects to industrial clusters and industrial zones, Red River Delta area’s industrial cluster and Hai Phong seaport system. The three sighting corridors consist of the urban corridor alongside the two banks of the Cam, Lach Tray, and Van Uc rivers, while the three urban centers and satellite cities include the historical urban center, the new administrative urban zone in the North of Cam River and the international commercial and financial center in Hai An and Duong Kinh district, as well as Tien Lang Airport urban cluster.
