At the meeting, the Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Hoang Trung Dung, congratulated Hai Phong City on its socio-economic achievements in recent years. Despite difficulties and challenges, the city maintains its growth momentum and is one of the localities with the highest growth. The Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee thanked the city for sharing the experiences and effective ways of developing socio–economic aspects. He hoped that the two localities would continue to develop cooperation in many fields in the coming time.

Congratulating the strong development of Ha Tinh, Secretary of Hai Phong City Party Committee Le Tien Chau said that, with many similarities and for the development of the two localities, improving people's lives, Hai Phong is ready to share experiences with Ha Tinh in the fields, such as industrial development, ports, logistics, and post-port services, construction of the new rural area. The Secretary of Hai Phong City’s Party Committee suggested that representatives from the two localities should meet up more regularly to exchange and share experiences in leadership, direction, administration, and economic development.
