Focusing on land acquisition for Upgrade Project of National Highway 37
The project of upgrading National Highway 37, the section through Hai Phong City, invested by the Ministry of Transport, has a length of over 11 km and is located in Vinh Bao district. The project plays a vital role in connecting transport in the southern part of the city with neighboring localities. For the upgrade project to be realized soon, meeting the set schedule, the relevant localities have paid great attention to land acquisition.
Thanks to the completion of the first phase in 2014 of the national highway 37 project running through the area, with a length of more than 3km, the people of Thang Thuy commune have seen many changes. After nearly ten years, the commune continues to carry out the project of upgrading National Highway 37 with the additional route. Grasping the importance of the project, Mr. An's family in hamlet Ha Phuong 4 had actively handed over the 60m2 residential land.
In the second phase of the project, Thang Thuy commune needs to revoke about 500 m2 of residential land of 9 households to carry out the project.
To ensure progress, the related localities are mobilizing households to acquire agricultural land in June and residential land next August for the site.
