This has contributed to standardizing work processes, improving the performance of public duties, increasing transparency in administrative procedures, and enhancing the satisfaction of both citizens and businesses.

At Le Chan District People's Committee, the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System has been actively applied, contributing positively to improving the quality of operations, administrative reforms, and especially the quality of handling administrative procedures. The total number of ISO processes currently applied in the district includes 220 covering nearly all fields.

The Quality Management System based on the TCVN ISO 9001:2015 standard plays a crucial role in managing and operating state administrative agencies in localities. Administrative procedures are publicly and transparently posted at the headquarters and on the electronic information portal, creating conditions for people to look up, and learn, as well as shorten the time and process of handling work for officials and civil servants. 

This year, as planned, Hai Phong Department of Science and Technology will establish inspection teams to evaluate the application, maintenance, and improvement of the TCVN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System at 78 units across Hai Phong City, including 35 departments, agencies, organizations, state administrative agencies under various departments; and 43 district and commune-level People's Committees. The results of these inspections will be used to assess and evaluate the administrative reform index for 2024 for the agencies and units involved./.
