The Cat Bi International Airport is also piloting the automatic baggage delivery model, where passengers only need to perform a few simple operations at the baggage claim machine, and the installed devices will read the data on the baggage tag to confirm ownership before putting it on the automatic conveyor. Previously, the airport has implemented automatic baggage return for passengers with the support of intelligent technology.
