Attending the program were Mr. Le Tien Chau, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Haiphong  Party Committee, Head of Hai Phong National Assembly Delegation; Mr. Phung Duc Tien, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development and Mr. Nguyen Van Tung, Chairman of Haiphong People's Committee.

The art program includes 03 chapters: “Hai Phong, the City I Love,” “Cat Hai– Uncle Ho’s Beloved Footprints,” and “Cat Ba - the Four-season Rendezvous,” with unique and impressive performances praising the history, land, and People of Cat Hai, and great changes of the island district. The art program featured many famous singers, such as Dam Vinh Hung, Trong Tan, Ho Trung Dung, Thu Hang, Mai Thuong, Thu An, and Quynh Lady, as well as talented dance troupes. The program was broadcast live on THP channels and digital platforms. The audience also witnessed an amazing low-range fireworks display opening the 2024 Cat Ba tourist season with many promising signals, with the Cat Ba archipelago being recognized by UNESCO as a World Natural Heritage along with Ha Long Bay. /.
