The project is located in the area of the spiritual construction complex, close to Tran God temple and Bach Long Pagoda, with a total expected construction area of 3,000m2. The construction funding is 100% socialized. To ensure the temple’s progress, technique, and esthetics, Bach Long Vi district will actively coordinate with all levels and departments of the city, the fatherland front, agencies, units, and residential quarters in the area to deploy the project following the order and regulations so that the Temple in commemoration of heroic martyrs could soon be completed and put into operation. The temple will become an architectural and spiritual cultural site, promoting historical values and fostering a love for the homeland and country in the island district, the city, and the whole nation.
