Mr. Le Tien Chau, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Phong; Mr. Nguyen Van Tung, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee; Mr. Do Manh Hien, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee; Mr. Pham Van Lap, Chairman of the City People's Council; Mr. Dao Trong Duc, Chairman of the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee attended and directed.

The program consists of two parts: Part one is the reception of the title of "Heroic City" with an elaborate opening scene, showing a Hai Phong that is both traditional and modern, with a glorious past, a present of remarkable development, and reaching towards a bright future.

Part two is a special art program consisting of three chapters: "Hai Phong - a land of talented people"; "Song of loyalty and determination"; and "Hai Phong - Faith and aspiration to rise up", depicting important historical marks of Hai Phong from ancient times, through the process of building and defending the Fatherland until today.

The art program combines music, dancing, live stages, and advanced technology such as 3D Mapping, Laser Mapping, sound, special effects lighting, artistic fireworks, etc., promising to create a strong impression on the public.

At the program, city leaders and the Arts Council gave suggestions to the crew to complete the program before it officially took place on the evening of May 13, broadcast live on VTV1 channel, digital platforms, rebroadcast on TV channels and social networking platforms of the Hai Phong City Press and Communications Center and several TV channels of other localities./.
