The Board of Judges of the visual propaganda contest inspected and graded the contest in the districts of Ngo Quyen, Le Chan, Hong Bang, Hai An, Kien An, Duong Kinh, Do Son, An Duong, An Lao, Vinh Bao, Tien Lang, Kien Thuy as the city of Thuy Nguyen.
