DEPLOYING CHECK-IN ONLINE SERVICE AT CAT BI INT'L AIRPORT

Vietnam Airlines has recently deployed the check-in online service for passengers departing from Cat Bi airport, Haiphong. This service will help passengers save time for completing procedures when they use Vietnam Airlines services.

Passengers departing from Haiphong can complete online procedures at website www.vietnamairlines.com or the mobile app of Vietnam Airlines within 24 hours to 1 hour before boarding time. After finishing online procedures, they will receive online boarding pass via email. If they do not have any baggage, they can use e- boarding pass or print them then check it at the security gate without doing this at the check-in counter. With this move, Vietnam Airlines has increased the total number of local airports applying online services to 6.
