Hai Phong to organize low-range fireworks display at Red Flamboyant Flower Festival
Hai Phong Red Flamboyant Flower Festival 2023 with 31 main events, and 97 economic - cultural - sports, and tourism activities, including many street performances, paragliding, and music show... promise to promote Vietnamese culture and people to international friends. Notably, the city has been approved by the Deputy Prime Minister to project low-range fireworks at one venue during the festival.

The City People's Committee has just issued Document No. 126 on the Fireworks Display Plan for the Red Flamboyant Flower Festival - Hai Phong 2023. According to the document, the fireworks show will take place in the backyard of the City Theater and is divided into two parts. The show will be organized at the opening night of the Red Flamboyant Flower Festival - Hai Phong 2023 on the evening of May 13th, and the second display lasting for 14 minutes will be performed before the end of the art program, contributing to creating a highlight of the cultural - tourism festival bearing the unique imprints of Hai Phong.
