Promoting Non-Budget Investment Projects
For 2025, Hai Phong City has developed a list of 24 key projects, including 13 non-budget ones with a total investment of more than VND 119,550 billion. To achieve the growth target of 12.5%, in addition to promoting the driving forces from the production and disbursement of public investment capital, the city has placed focus on promoting non-budget investment projects.
In 2025, the city will have 13 key non-budget projects, including five projects expected to be inaugurated, five others starting construction, and three projects being implemented, transitioning from 2024. Many of these projects have a large total investment capital and a large scale, promising to bring about clear changes to the urban area and make a great impact on the city's socio-economic development. In response to the requirements for development and actual progress of projects, the city’s authority has directed related departments, branches, and localities to closely coordinate with investors to remove difficulties and speed up the projects’ progress. Authorities in localities are required to mobilize maximum resources for compensation, site clearance for deploying projects, especially the key ones, projects of developing industrial parks and clusters, social housing, workers' housing, etc., thereby creating momentum for the city's socio-economic development. Any problems and difficulties must be reported in writing to the City People's Committee for a timely solution so that the projects can be completed on schedule./.
