With more than 1,000 engineers and workers mobilized, along with equipment, vehicles, and contractors, Corporation 319 under the city’s Department of Defense has organized three consecutive shifts to speed up the progress of the investment project to build the Political-Administrative center, the transportation system and the synchronous technical infrastructure system in the North Cam River Urban Area. Many items have exceeded the set plan. Currently, Corporation 319 under the Department of Defense has constructed about 60% of the contract value, with many important elements. According to the Supervision Consultant's assessment, all items are currently under strict control in terms of progress and quality. During this period, the units also pay special attention to monitoring work safety.

The city's Political-Administrative Center complex, transportation system, and synchronous technical infrastructure system in North Cam River New Urban Area include 14 blocks, a construction area of about 29,000 m2, and a total floor area of about 89,500 m2. With the current progress, the project’s remaining two 14-story buildings are expected to top out this month, serving the relocation of the political and administrative center to the North of Cam River following Resolution No. 45 of the Politburo and Resolution No. 16 of the City’s Party Committee./.
