HAI PHONG DEVELOPS INDUSTRIAL PARKS AND ATTRACTS SUSTAINABLE INVESTMENT
Industrial Parks and Economic Zones are the core of Hai Phong's investment attraction and economic development strategy. The city has built a system of diverse, modern Industrial Parks and Economic Zones to meet all investors' needs, in line with the green and sustainable development orientation.

Since the beginning of the year, Hai Phong has recorded 11 newly established industrial parks, with an area of 2,973 hectares, of which the East of Hai Phong city has more 8 Industrial Parks with an area of 2,345 hectares; the West of the city has more 3 Industrial Parks with an area of 628 hectares. Developing new Industrial Parks is the foundation for attracting high-quality FDI capital flows. The planning of a series of new industrial parks, especially in the former Hai Duong province with abundant land funds, has solved the problem of land for long-term investors, while creating conditions for the formation of supply chains right in the locality. Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority (HEZA) has actively accompanied investors in industrial parks and economic zones. With the new specific Resolution of the National Assembly, HEZA has more power to comprehensively implement the "one-stop, on-site" mechanism, helping to simplify and minimize the time for administrative procedures, investment licensing and many other issues.
Mr. Alan Wu - Deputy General Director of Chin Xu Electronic Co., Ltd.
Hai Phong welcomes domestic and foreign professional industrial park infrastructure investors to participate in the development of new industrial parks following the model of ecological, smart and specialized industrial parks. Currently, the city has Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, which is considered a key coastal economic zone of the country and a locomotive in attracting investment in Hai Phong city. With a total area of up to 22,540 hectares, this is a complete and closed economic ecosystem, including a duty-free zone. Hai Phong has also established a Southern Coastal Economic Zone, a new development driver of the city with a scale of 20,000 hectares, designed to become a comprehensive, multi-industry, multi-functional coastal economic zone following the model of green growth, circular economy, and sustainable development. /.
