After hearing the opinions of the participants, related departments, and conclusions of the Chairman of Hai Phong People's Committee Nguyen Van Tung, the group accepted the comments related to the time of completing the report, the participants of the survey groups, the group leader, the survey locations to ensure suitability, and added some localities and units to be surveyed into the survey groups on urban economic development, infrastructure, environmental resources, the survey group on socio-cultural development, science and technology, and the survey group on communications, defense - security and foreign affairs to clarify more comprehensively the report on the city's socio-economy and some other contents./.
