Investment Capital Prioritized For Key Projects
During the first nine months of 2023, the realized State-funded investment capital sector reached an estimated VND 17,600 billion, up more than 38% over the same period. The total capital from the State budget managed by localities was estimated at approximately VND 12,500 billion, an increase of more than 42% over the same period last year.
The execution progress of major works and projects in the field of transportation and urban areas, including the Haiphong Political-Administrative Center project, the construction of Lai Xuan Bridge, and the renovation and expansion of Provincial Road No. 352; Rung Wharf Bridge Project, the Project of renovating and upgrading Highway 10 section from Da Bac to Kien bridges, the investment project of building a road connecting Lang Am bridge, Ly Hoc commune, Vinh Bao district to the coastal road. etc., has been boosted, contributing to increasing the level of investment capital implementation and paving the way for Hai Phong City’s socio-economic development ./.
