Training On Basic Knowledge Of TCVN ISO 18091:2020 Standards
Le Chan District has recently collaborated with the General Department of Standards, Metrology, and Quality (under Vietnam’s Ministry of Science and Technology) to organize training on the Quality Management System according to TCVN ISO 18091:2020 for key officials and Chairmen of Ward Peoples Committees.
During the training program, delegates received guidance from officials and experts from the General Department of Standards and Quality on implementing TCVN ISO 18091:2020 through three main topics: an overview of applying and maintaining the improvement of the Quality Management System according to TCVN ISO 9001 at the local government level; an introduction to TCVN ISO 18091:2020 and the procedure for applying the standard in the local government; and a guide on self-assessment methods for comprehensive quality management according to 39 indicators for local government. This training session aims to assist local governments in implementing programs and objectives to promote sustainable community development, enhance social responsibility, maintain citizens' trust in the government and its institutions, and meet the needs of organizations and individuals for high-quality public products and services./.
