12 events and programs were organized in live and online formats with 11 connecting points: The main connecting point is the Political - Administrative Center and the City Conference - Performance Center; two secondary connecting points are the Project to expand the aircraft parking lot - Cat Bi International Airport (phase 2); an investment project to build a new urban area in Duong Kinh district and Kien Thuy district; eight satellite connecting points are organized at the same time.

The projects are the result of the strong leadership and direction of Hai Phong City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and all levels, sectors, localities, and investors. The events closely follows the orientation according to Resolution No. 45-NQ/TW dated January 24, 2019 of the Politburo on building and developing Hai Phong city to 2030, with a vision to 2045; the Resolution of the 16th City Party Congress and the city's theme for 2025: "Expanding economic and urban space; perfecting specific mechanisms and policies; enhancing green transformation and digital transformation".

The 12 events include the Placing the signboard of the City Political - Administrative Center Project and the City Conference - Performance Center Project; the Commencement of the Cat Bi International Airport Aircraft Parking Expansion Project - Phase 2; the Groundbreaking of the Trang Due 3 Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Business Project; the Commencement of the New Urban Area Investment and Construction Project in Duong Kinh District and Kien Thuy District; Inauguration of the Pegatron Vietnam Co., Ltd. Employee Housing Project Phase 1; the Opening of the Tien Cuong 2 Industrial Cluster Infrastructure Investment and Construction Project; the Inauguration of the Singapore International Education Complex Project; the Placing the signboard of the Binh Bridge South Intersection Park Investment and Construction Project; the Technical traffic opening ceremony of traffic routes under the model new rural construction program in Dai Hop Commune, Kien Thuy District; the Commencement of the Social Housing Construction Project in Dong Hai 2 Ward, Hai An District; and the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the 5-star hotel construction project in So Dau ward, Hong Bang district/.
