Art Programme to Welcome New Year 2025
In celebration of the global and national festive atmosphere, on New Year’s Eve at the City Theater Square, the Party Committee, Peoples Council, Peoples Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front of Hai Phong City organized the art program Hai Phong Welcomes the New Year 2025 - Award Ceremony and Announcement of Hai Phong City Symbol”.
The art program "Hai Phong Welcomes the New Year 2025 - Award Ceremony and Announcement of Hai Phong City Symbol" at the City Theater is one of four key locations nationwide, along with Hanoi, Hue, and Ho Chi Minh City that celebrate New Year 2025 under the theme “Vietnam Welcomes the Sun”. The program was broadcast live on VTV1 of Vietnam Television. At the program, the award ceremony and announcement of the Hai Phong City Symbol also took place. Part 2 of the event was the Art Program Welcomes the New Year 2025, featuring performances by renowned artists, notably singer SooBin Hoàng Sơn. With three main themes—“Hai Phong, the Pride”, “The Aspiration of Youth”, and “Hai Phong Welcomes the New Year”—the program took audiences on a journey through joyful spring melodies, with lively and energetic performances. This grand, vibrant, and colorful show brought new excitement to the people and visitors, preparing them to embrace 2025 with many hopeful expectations./.
