Although the number of tourists gathered at the waiting room is large, thanks to the regulation, channelization, and deployment of electronic ticket services by the Cat Ba Bay Management Board, all activities here take place conveniently, creating maximum conditions for Tourists on board to explore attractions on Lan Ha Bay.

In the first 5 months, the total number of visitors to Cat Ba reached nearly 1 million, equivalent to nearly 26% of the year's plan. half a million of them are international visitors, up 2.8 times over the same period last year. The total number of overnight visitors on the bays of the Cat Ba archipelago reached about 322,000, 46% higher than the same period last year. The diversity and abundance of types of transportation to the Cat Ba tourist area such as Dong Bai - Phu Long ferry, cable car across the sea, high-speed train, or traveling from Quang Ninh has given visitors many options.
