Preserving National Relics
In An Duong district, 79 historical and cultural relics have been inventoried and ranked according to Resolution No. 4583 of the City Peoples Committee, of which 14 are ranked national-grade relics and 36 are city-grade relics. Along with the citys public budget, the district has mobilized more than 20 billion VND from socialized sources to preserve the relics.

Quynh Hoang Communal House is dedicated to the two Generals Nguyen Danh Uy and Deputy General Cong Lang who contributed to the Tran Dynasty's great victory in the war against the Yuan-Mongol invaders in the 13th century. Quynh Hoang Communal House was restored, renovated, and rebuilt in 1992 with funds from socialized sources. In order to preserve the value of the historical relic and national identity as well as to educate patriotism for the young, in 2021, Vietnam’s Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism ratified the preservation of the Quynh Hoang Communal House relic, with a total value of more than 8.6 billion VND, of which the budget accounted for 2 billion VND, with the rest being mobilized from socialized sources. The preservation process ensured technical and aesthetic standards, keeping the original status, scale, and architecture.

In addition to the Quynh Hoang Communal House relic, since 2018, 13 relics in An Duong district have been supported for preservation according to Resolution No. 22 of the City People's Council with a total cost of 3.9 billion VND. In addition, three relics have been adjusted and added to the list of the fund. Along with the city's public budget, the district has mobilized more than 20 billion VND from socialized sources to restore and embellish the relic. After the preservation, the national historical relics will become spacious and majestic places for religious and community activities. They will also become crucial destinations to educate future generations about revolutionary traditions and patriotism./.
