After coming into operation from July 1, technology solutions serving public at Hai An Ward Public Administration Service Center have basically stabilized. The technical infrastructure system and transmission lines in the ward have been supported for installation by VNPT Hai Phong. The ward is one of many localities in the city that has coordinated with VNPT to apply technology in management and operation of the 2-level local government model.
In addition to providing the Online Video Conferencing System, VNPT Hai Phong has accompanied the city on the administrative procedure settlement system, the City's report synthesis system, the 1022 switchboard and the City's electronic information portal.
