Determining that ensuring security and order in industrial zones and clusters plays an important role in forming a safe and favorable investment environment, promoting socio-economic development, and facilitating economic growth, in recent years, the city’s public security forces have been proactive and flexible, keeping a close eye on the area, increasing patrols, control, and effectively fighting against all types of crimes and social evils to make investors feel secure in production and business.
The Dinh Vu Industrial Park in Dong Hai 2 ward, Hai An district locates many businesses and investors. The industrial park’s public security staff has inspected the area closely, promptly resolved arising conflicts, and mobilized agencies, units, and enterprises to participate in the fight against crime to ensure security and order. Besides the positive impacts on socio-economic development, creating jobs, increasing budget revenue, operating industrial zones, and clusters are also the places that make ensuring security and order hard as the management of temporary residence and absence or many phenomena of fraud, rape, theft of property, "black credit" activities have arisen, etc., requiring the government and functional forces to accurately grasp and forecast the situation to provide timely and effective solutions.
