Dinh Vu Industrial Zone (DVIZ) attracts USD 125 million in investment capital
With the advantage of an available port system right inside the IZ and the arterial roads such as Highway 5, the upcoming Hanoi-Haiphong- Dinh Vu high-speed motorway, Cat Bi International Airport, the DVIZ has now become a trustworthy address of domestic and foreign investors.

With
the advantage of an available port system right inside the IZ and the arterial
roads such as Highway 5, the upcoming Hanoi-Haiphong- Dinh Vu high-speed
motorway, Cat Bi International Airport, the DVIZ has now become a trustworthy
address of domestic and foreign investors.
Up
to this moment, the DVIZ has lured 53 projects with a total investment of USD 3
billion, USD 125 million of which was recorded within the first 6 months of
2014. Fields of investment focus on light and heavy industries, chemicals
production such as steel, cast-iron, lubricants, rare earth magnets, tires,
tanks, propellers, gypsum, animal feed, plastic package, etc. These products
are under famous brands such as Tamada, Bridgestone, Proconco, Chevron,
Nakashima, Shin-Etsu…
Once
going into operation, enterprises in the IZ have created jobs for more than
4,500 laborers in the locality and provinces in the vicinity.
To
develop business, in the first quarter of 2015, the DVIZ will implement the
project of "Ready-built factories" on the area of 6 hectares;
concurrently, raise the capacity of the wastewater treatment plant from 2,700m3
to 6,000m3 per day to meet the demands of investors.
