FURTHER STREAMLINING ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES
(Haiphong.gov.vn) - Particularly within 8 months 2021, Haiphong lured another 25 newly-licensed FDI projects with the capital of USD 304 million, 41 projects with adjusted capital for an increase of USD 3.9 billion, which is 4.5 fold higher than the same period 2020. To effectively grasp the capital inflow, the city is striving to further streamlining the administrative procedures, creating the best conditions for enterprises.

To effectively grasp the capital inflow, the city is striving to further streamlining the administrative procedures, creating the best conditions for enterprises.
In the previous time, to perform the procedures for business license, the enterprise was required to apply one dossier set with a number of relevant papers and formalities. This has changed now as enterprises only need to search all the available dossiers which are digitalized, them supplement several registration papers within only one day, instead of waiting from 15-20 days as before. HEZA used to take long time to generalize excel files. The new system will help HEZA to further shorten the time to handle procedures for enterprises.
Recently, a new record has been set in granting license for LG Display Vietnam. Within only 3 days, LG Display received the license for capital increase, which indicated the strong efforts in administrative reform of Haiphong to create the best investment climate for enterprises pouring in hi-end technologies./.
