The road connecting Provincial Road 354 through Kien Thuy Industrial Park to the coastal road running through the two communes An Tho and My Duc in An Lao district with a length of 3.3km. There are 7 hectares of agricultural land from 289 households to implement the project. Up to now, An Lao district has acquired over 6.8 out of 7 hectares of agricultural land, equivalent to more than 97%. Only more than 900m2 of land left belonging to a household in My Duc commune remains due to having not received compensation.

For residential land, an area of nearly 1,800m2 of 12 households is still not handed over. Currently, An Lao district has approved the compensation plan but only remunerated four households because the others want to increase the compensation and to be resettled right on the spot.

To ensure the progress of the project construction, after carrying out all the procedures as prescribed, if the households still do not agree to receive compensation and hand over the site, the An Lao district People's Committee will complete documents, conduct enforcement under regulations to hand over the land on schedule to the contractors.
