Invested by Hai Phong International Industrial Park JSC (part of PC1 Group), the project covers an area of 197.16 hectares in Hong An Ward. It is designed with about 70% of the land dedicated to factories and warehouses, nearly 14% for green space and water surface and the remaining for administration, services, technical infrastructure and transportation.
As planned, the Nomura – Hai Phong Industrial Park will have modern, synchronized infrastructure connected with surrounding systems, oriented toward green growth with minimum environmental impacts.
The investment in the construction of Nomura Industrial Park - Hai Phong (Phase 2) is in line with the socio-economic development orientation of Hai Phong city. The project is expected to create new momentum in investment attraction, expand industrial land resources, generate jobs and contribute significantly to Hai Phong’s socio-economic development.
