Accordingly, at the headquarters, workplaces of agencies, units, schools, cultural - sports institutions, commercial centers, enterprises, service and tourism establishments, public places and households in Hai Phong City, the National Flag will be hung from April 28, 2025 to May 20, 2025.

The hanging of the national flag shall be carried out in accordance with Instruction No. 3420/HDBVHTTDL dated October 2, 2012 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the use of the national flag, national emblem, national anthem, and portrait of President Ho Chi Minh. The hanging of the Party flag and the national flag shall be carried out in accordance with Instruction No. 105-HD/BTGTW dated May 29, 2023 of the Central Propaganda Department on the implementation of the Secretariat's Regulations on the flag of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the use of the Party flag.

The city’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests agencies, units, and Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, towns, and the city of Thuy Nguyen to direct, urge, inspect, and review the hanging of national flags and Party flags in areas under their management./.
