Maritime traffic safety and order continues to be maintained stably. The public comunication of maritime laws has been paid attention to by the Hai Phong Maritime Port Administration, hence the  awareness of compliance with maritime laws has been raised. The coordination between the Hai Phong Maritime Port Administration and functional state agencies at seaports and related units has been maintained. The reform of administrative procedures has been promoted, contributing to removing bottlenecks for organizations, individuals and businesses as well as promoting the regional maritime development.
