In Phu Lien Ward, a series of important transport projects are being urgently implemented. The drainage system project from Phan Dang Luu Street through Hoang Quoc Viet Street to the Lach Tray River has completed nearly 87% of its workload and is entering the final stage. Meanwhile, the upgrading of Đồng Quy Street and Alley 243 Hoang Quoc Viet Street have reached about 40% of the construction value; Trần Nhội Street has reached 60% progress and Đẩu Phượng Street has completed approximately 87%.
In the final month of the year, the ward continues to apply flexible solutions, developing detailed disbursement plans for each project to accelerate the progress of public investment. The contractors are requested to mobilize maximum manpower and equipment to ensure construction quality and meet the schedule. The goal is to complete all acceptance, payment and settlement documents by January 2026, striving to disburse 100% of this year’s public investment capital plan in a bid to win the city’s growth target of 12.35% for 2025.
