The remainder, 82 records are received in person and by post. The number of records that have been completely resolved reaches 6,414 records. 67 records are being resolved. The records have been dealt with in accordance with the procedures, there are no overdue according to regulations, satisfying individuals and organizations. Different from other communes, wards and special zones in the city, the second facility of the Public Administration Service Center of the special zone on Cat Hai island was put into operation 1 month later as the special zone proposed to the City People's Committee to permit the establishment of the 2nd facility due to the divided island terrain. Up to now, all administrative procedures of people and businesses in the Cat Hai island area have been received and resolved promptly and effectively, promoting the role of a bridge between the government and the people according to the motto of being close to the people and serving the people.
